We invite you to gather a team and hike together in memory of a loved one, to raise money to help fund Home Hospice North Lanark's programs through our 12th Annual Hike for Home Hospice. You can hike anywhere and anytime during the month of October. We hope you'll help us meet our goal of $30,000!
